We do not require an email address to request a quote.
Information collected automatically
To understand how our advertising and website perform, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. These tools may collect standard analytics information such as pages viewed, general device and browser information, and interactions like viewing or submitting the form and clicking the phone link.
When you arrive from an online ad or another website, we also collect advertising and attribution parameters so we can measure which campaigns bring in quote requests. These include Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, and content), campaign-origin parameters, the landing page you arrived on, and a sanitized version of the website that referred you (its address only, with any query string and fragment removed).
We do not send your name, phone number, ZIP code, or any other information that identifies you personally to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Ads. Only non-identifying interaction and campaign data is shared with those analytics tools.
Storage on your device
Our website stores attribution information in your browser using sessionStorage (for your current visit) and localStorage (to remember the first campaign or source that brought you to us). The first-touch attribution record is kept for 90 days, after which it expires and a new source may be recorded. This information stays in your browser and is submitted with your quote request so we can attribute leads to the correct campaign.

How your form is processed and who we share information with
We do not sell your information.
We do share information with service providers that help us operate the website and respond to your request. Specifically:
- Formspree processes and delivers your quote-form submission to us. Your complete form details are handled by Formspree so we can receive your request by email.
- Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Ads) receives non-identifying analytics and advertising-measurement data as described above.
- Netlify hosts this website and may process standard technical request data as part of serving the site.
These providers process information on our behalf so we can operate the site and respond to you. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How we contact you
We contact you by phone or email about your cleaning request. We do not send recurring promotional or marketing messages based on your quote request.
Data retention
We retain quote requests and related lead records for up to 24 months, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active customer relationship, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. When the information is no longer needed for these purposes, we remove it.
Your choices and requests
